KCSSR (Krishnanagar Centre for Social Studies and Research) is committed to fostering student development through holistic education, health awareness, and career mentorship. As part of the We Care Civic Engagement Internship at NMIMS Mumbai, Dr. Pritam Kumar Das (BDS, Manipal | MBA, NMIMS Mumbai) made a significant contribution under the leadership of Dr. Mala Ghosh Moitra, KCSSR’s President.
From February 5th to 12th 2025, Dr. Das spearheaded high-impact educational sessions at Kalinagar Boys’ High School, focusing on preventive healthcare, self-care strategies, and business education. He simplified dental, physical, and mental health concepts, equipping students with lifelong wellness habits. His sessions on entrepreneurship and leadership fundamentals introduced students to critical business concepts in an engaging and accessible manner.
Dr. Das demonstrated strong managerial competencies, including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, effective communication, leadership development, and mentoring. His ability to simplify complex subjects, foster interactive discussions, and inspire critical thinking encouraged students to take charge of their future. The overwhelming enthusiasm and curiosity displayed by participants highlighted the success and impact of this initiative.
KCSSR remains committed to building a healthier, more knowledgeable, and future-ready generation by integrating health education, business acumen, and career mentorship. We extend our sincere appreciation to Dr. Das for his invaluable contribution and to NMIMS Mumbai for its meaningful partnership. Together, we cultivate empowered, forward-thinking leaders who will drive India’s progress.
